We’re the studio behind BLACKTAIL — the critically acclaimed first-person action-adventure inspired by the legend of Baba Yaga — and our current project, DAVY x JONES, a surreal pirate adventure now in Early Access.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the production schedule / full lifecycle of our new and exciting game projects
• Drive the project with a proactive and positive approach, meeting all milestones and within budget
• Lead, inspire and coordinate our development team, maximizing their talents and maintaining high morale
• Manage comprehensive project reports and maintain documentation
• Identify, address, and resolve project challenges
• Foster strong relationships with outsourcing and business partners

ESSENTIAL

• Minimum of 3 years of management experience in the Video Games or a related industry
• A track record of successfully shipped games
• Strong understanding of the game development process, from concept to launch
• Exceptional organizational skills, able to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
• A proactive, positive mindset with the ability to motivate and lead a team
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication in both Polish and English
• A deep passion for games and a keen understanding of current gaming trends

DESIRABLE

• Prior experience in a Producer role within the video game industry
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
